Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 4–8 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is most often 3–4 business days.

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide. Most of our orders are manufactured and shipped within the USA.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we may send you a replacement order, but the shipping will be at your own cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a week’s time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at [email protected].

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at [email protected] within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund.

Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).

Any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment within 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).

ManateeStyle.com does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.

ManateeStyle.com takes your privacy very seriously. We don’t sell your data to anyone. Ever.

What data do you collect?

In order to run an online store, we have to collect some personally identifiable data. Most of this is used for taking payment, shipping your order, and providing customer service.

  • Name: used to accept payment
  • Address: used to collect payment and ship your order
  • Phone number: used to provide customer service
  • Email: used to keep you up to date on your order and shipping status, collect payment, provide customer service, and notify you of new product offers
  • Payment Card: used to collect payment

In addition to the information listed above, we use cookies —a type of file saved on your device— to collect information on what products you looked at and how you got to ManateeStyle.com. This information is anonymous and we never use it to personally identify you. We only use it to inform what new products we design and to budget for advertising.

Who do you share my data with?

We only ever share your data with companies who provide services that are directly part of our sales transactions.

  • WooCommerce Payments / Stripe: They process our payment card transactions. In order to do this, they need to know your name, address, email, and payment card information.

  • Google: We buy our advertising from them. When you click on an ad, they may provide us with some anonymized data about where you are, what browser you are using, and other, similar data in order to help us allocate our advertising budget. They may keep or use that data according to their own policies.

What if I don’t want you to have my data anymore?

We take your privacy really seriously. If you ever want us to delete your data, send an email to [email protected] and we’ll initiate the process of removing your data. We may ask you some questions to make sure it’s really you because we don’t want some stranger to be able to destroy your account. We will not share your data with anyone —even you— so we don’t inadvertently help a bad actor commit identity theft.

Will your privacy policy ever change?

It’s possible. We’ll make sure that the current version of our privacy policy is always posted right here. The last time we made changes will always be shown right at the top.

Do you honor Do Not Track signals from web browsers?

ManateeStyle.com uses third-party software from WooCommerce, HubSpot, and Google to do all of our ad tracking and analytics. We believe we are working with reputable companies. To the best of our understanding, all Do Not Track requests are honored.

As a small business, we have to play by the rules. We will always try to err on the side of privacy. We will honor government and law enforcement demands for information only after exhausting all legal options. We will never provide your information to any government or law enforcement entity without attempting to notify you, unless we are legally ordered to withhold such notification by a judge.

ManateeStyle.com uses a signed security certificate and strong encryption to keep your data secure. We make sure that our site is patched regularly to stay on top of the latest security precautions.
